First Green Path for Pedestrians & Cyclists in Guangzhou

Updated Beijing Time

The first green path in Guangdong opened recently in Zengcheng. Located to the east of Guangzhou, Zengcheng is abundant in natural resources. The 100 km-long green path starts at Baishui Village Resort and ends in downtown Zengcheng.

The section near Baishui Village is 16 km-long and runs amidst the wildness, far from vehicles and pollution. Mrs. Huang has just returned from the U.S. and has spent three hours cycling along path. “We went through fruit gardens, farmland, villages, it’s just like riding through a beautiful green gallery.” She said smiling.

Nearly 100 bicycles are for rent at Baishui Village Resort.
