Egg Tart

Egg tarts (Dan Tai in Chinese) are composed of a flaky outer crust with a middle filled with egg custard which is then baked. Some high class restaurants put bird nest on top of the custard.

Mixture of the soft, tender and crisp, rich and sweet.
