Shark's Fin Soup
|
Alaska Crab Claw with Assorted Vegetable Salad (Special Appetizer), Double-Boiled Shark's Fin Soup with Fish Maw and Mushroom (Soup), and other delicacies make up the unbelievable Shark's Fin Package offered by the Shangri-La Hotel in Guangzhou. To top these off, the hotel offers Sweetened Fresh Mango, Grapefruit and Sago in Orange Juice with Ice Cream (Dessert) and Fresh Fruit Platter as the finale of the set meal.
Every diner may pick one main course from the over twenty options on the menu, which was designed by Jacky Chan, the hotel's Executive Chinese Chef.
