Guangzhou International Food Festival

The gourmets' gala is showcased at different malls in Guangzhou during the autumn session of Canton Fair in each October.

It attracts millions of visitors home and abroad. During the event, all participating restaurants present their signature dishes and dim-sums, as many as thousands.

One of the spotlights is "the Cooking Competition", involving most top chefs, zealous housewives and common people in Guangzhou. The delicacies are judged by famous food critics and visitors.
