With a hint of a New York brasserie, FOODS offers the best of Asian and Western traditional cuisines in an urban, rustic setting. The Sunday Brunch features a 'raw' bar laden with imported oysters, spiny lobster, king crab, shrimp, crab claws and mixed seafood. You can also enjoy sushi, pasta, omelets and live prawns cooked to order. The aroma of freshly-baked breads and cakes in the oven will whet the appetite as you contemplate the delectable selection of dishes.

The ladies and gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton have prepared a 'Kids Corner' for our young guests to help make this dining experience a fun family activity for all. Children can be entertained with face and hand painting, balloon shaping or with cartoons or sports on a large screen TV.

Family Sunday Brunch is offered from 11am to 3pm and the menu selections change every week using the freshest, seasonal ingredients available from the marketplace. Prices, including free-flow fresh juices and soft drinks as well as coffee or tea, are RMB308 for adults and RMB154 for children between age 3 and 12 - under 3s are complimentary.

A special offer of unlimited pouring of Bloody Mary, Kir Royals, Mimosa, three sparkling wines, three white wines, three red wines, and Tsing Tao beer is also available for an additional RMB150. All prices are subject to 15% surcharge. Reservations are recommended.
