"Chicken with Flavour Sauce" (or "Shishi Chicken") is a famous delicacy here, with which Dongfang Hotel ever won a bronze medal of National Cuisine Competition.

The sauce, key to the chicken flavour, is produced in a secrete recipe, somewhat like Coke.
