It is said as the most premium Korean restaurant in Guangzhou, and the only one branch in China of the well-received Bright Moon Hall of Sheraton Walker Hill Hotel in Seoul, Korea.
Simple and elegant decoration, above-average service and nice food of course make my thumb up.
Recommendations:
This food court features imported US beef barbecued in healthy traditional Korean way. The meat is salted for as long as 48 hours in its specialty seasoning, which is made of a dozen kinds of fruit juice like apple, carrot and so on. It renders the meat tenderness and nice flavor.

More than ten Korean pickles are another musts. They are served in small bowls, colorful and genuine.
The Korean TV series drama "Da Chang Jin" successfully introduced Korean cuisine to the Chinese public. Many of these popular dished can now be sampled in Bright Moon Hall.
A large variety of barbecues and mixed rice dishes available here also have beneficial medicinal ingredients. In Korean traditional medicine, ginseng chicken soup is of course a classic and highly praised dish, making use of red dates, chestnuts and apricots which are all believed to have medicinal properties that are good for ones body and soul.
The restaurant's "nutrition meals" include medicinal ingredients to aid the liver, blood, and skin and have been very warmly received by the dining public.
