Feeling hungry for some live theatre? Guangzhou' s No.13 Theatre, could be your answer. Located inside the building of Guangzhou Drama Group in Shaheding, Guangzhou, it' s named – very simply - after its street number.

Originally the rehearsal place for the Guangzhou Drama Group, No. 13 Theatre was built by the Guangzhou government at a cost of over 2.5 million yuan, covering an area of 900㎡, and seating 300.

It' s the first dedicated theatre for experimental drama in Guangzhou, and China' s only facility able to host both large-scale and intimate productions. Modern Dance, Experimental Drama and Traditional Opera can all be staged there, as well as meetings, exhibitions, movies and television work.

Fitted out with the latest theatre gadgetry, No.13 Theatre has flexible viewing and performing spaces, comfortable seats, multi-functional facilities first-class drama producers.
