Future PRD Inter-city Trains to Run Each 15 Minutes into Deep Night
The Guangzhou-Foshan-Zhaoqing Inter-city Railway is to be built at the end of th year, and to be put into trial operation at the end of 2013, as known when the second result of environmental research of the rail is being released recently, Guangzhou Daily reports.

The railway in the Pearl River Delta will be operating from 6 a.m. to 12p.m.. It takes only 25 minutes as minimum to go from Foshan to Zhaoqing then.
The rail will span 83.367 km, including elevated track of 74.59 km and tunnels of 4.233 km.
Seamless line and ballastless track will be used for less noice and safer and faster train running.
Foshan West Station - the only underground station
There will be eleven stations along the railway, five in Foshan and six in Zhaoqing.
Foshan West Station will be the only one underground station.
The construction will proceed for four years, with total investment of 19.5 billion RMB (2.86 billion USD).
Six-carriage trains to operate into deep night
The daily operating hours will be 6:00 a.m.~ 12 p.m.. The rush hour is expected to fall in 4 – 5 p.m..
The average shift interval will be 15 muinutes. Every train will have six carriages.
Two service modes will be operated – 'Stop only at big stations’and 'Stop at each station'.
