The Executive Centre, Asia's leading serviced office provider, continues to expand with the opening of its operation centre in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, within quarters of the Hong Kong border crossing on July 31.
It is the second establishment of the Executive Center in this South China's booming province, after its office in the Tianhe CBD in Guangzhou, the provincial capital.

The new centre is strategically located in the heart of Shenzhen's new central business district and is very close to the Hong Kong border crossing in Kerry Plaza, a Grade A office complex adjacent to the Shangri-La Futian Hotel, which began operating in April of 2008.
The new centre is a first-tier facility equipped with full-service CISCO IT and communications resources with state-of the art video conferencing capabilities, and provides latest services necessary for effective and effortless performance in a business arena requiring fast integration of supply and service chains. Combined with a clean and distinct design philosophy, the centre provides some of the best operation facilities in a strategically important location which is quickly developing in an extremely favorable geographic and market positions.
"The positioning of this facility couldn't be better for an expanding business attempting to establish an effective presence in southern China and Hong-Kong, without wasting resources on several locations,” said Stephen Chatham, Operations Director of The Executive Centre.
"Shenzhen is a market with a unique position in China's rapidly expanding economy. Though very close to Hong Kong, it is within a special economic zone of mainland China. Companies operating in Shenzhen have access to significant production power present in the city itself, the markets of the region, and still have the benefits of Hong Kong's globally integrated market presence.”
Along with the Shenzhen operation, The Executive Centre is expanding facilities to Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Macau, and Mumbai, and will be adding 2 centres in Hong Kong and Sydney, bringing the total number of operating centres to 30 across the globe. Since it's founding in 1994, The Executive Centre has built a close-knit network of 30 centres in Tokyo, Seoul, Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Macau, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Jakarta, Sydney and Sofia. The Executive Centre is able to provide cutting-edge office services geared toward the rapidly expanding and increasingly cohesive nature of global business without the need for a prohibitive initial investment.
The Executive Centre was awarded the Network World Asia All Star Award 2006 and Hong Kong Business Magazine's High Flyers Award 2006 & 2007.
