Life of Guangzhou - Contestants Recruitment for TV Show "Discover Guangzhou"

Are you looking for something different to do on your weekends? Well then, imagine, racing from one corner of Guangzhou to another in a contest of speed and wits. Solving riddles that will make your brain sweat. Experiencing the difference between Chinese and foreign cultures in the spirit of competition. Sign up for our weekend edition of Discover Guangzhou, the reality show that will put you to the ultimate test.

This is the long awaited second season of the weekend edition of Discover Guangzhou. It was a big hit last year with both the local and foreign audiences. People signed up in droves to compete, so don't miss your chance this year!

To show how strong international co-operation can be, each team will be a pair of local and one foreign contestant. Discover the differences between Chinese and foreign cultures, experience the unique charm of Guangzhou as teams race around the city completing tasks that will test their endurance, their courage and teamwork.

The second season of Discover Guangzhou will be on air soon, and we have upped the stakes over last year. This year, teams will:
Incorporate the energy of the 2010 Asian Games;
Race through Guangzhou's amazing landscapes;
Solve riddles in some of this city's historic sites;
Move through some of the more fashionable and stylish parts of town;
Interact with the locals;

Interested? Well, here's what you need to join
1. Foreign guests should speak English fluently, and know a little Mandarin;
2. Chinese locals: need to have a good command of Mandarin, and know some English;
3. We like to smile and are hoping to recruit people who are humorous, active, open and charismatic
4. All contestants should be familiar with Guangzhou, and adore its culture.
