Water Town Cultural Festival to Open This Weekend

When: 21st--29th, Dec., 2007

Where: Wan Qing Sha town, Nansha district, Guangzhou

The 2nd Guangzhou Water Town Cultural Festival is to commence in the city's Wan Qing Sha town, Nansha district this weekend. Rivers, wedding processions, folk songs and traditional village food offer a novel and interesting experience.

The event is to last for 9 days from the 21st to 29th December. A traditional folk wedding ceremony and special fresh fruits will be the highlight of the gala.
